PMC Property Management Portal
The Property Management Committee (PMC) is a Cabinet Budget Review Committee (CBRC) sub-committee of CEOs chaired by the Director General, Department of the Premier and Cabinet and is responsible for achieving the governments initiatives that relate to land use planning and property management.
All property-related committees reporting to Cabinet or Cabinet Committees do so through the Property Management Committee.
The PMC approval processes in relation to the purchase and disposal of property are detailed within the individual Land Policies. The secretariat should be contacted in regard to any clarification.
